30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as delivered — unused, unworn, and unaltered
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items returned after the 30-day window
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@xaynah.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
